Desired Candidate Profile:

- Karnataka candidates are preferred. It's mandatory for the candidate to be able to speak and understand Kannada.
- Age should be between 19 to 23 years.
- Should have 60% & above in SSC and aggregate of 60% & above in Diploma.
- Candidate should not have flailed more than 3 subjects.
- Should have completed 4 years course in case of Tool & Die Making.
- Should be from 2012 passed out batch.

Selection Process:

--> Written Test, Skill Test, (13th Aug 2012).
--> Personal Interview,  (14th Aug 2012).
--> Pre employment Medical Check-up.
